Dr. Terry Mason, COO of the Cook County Public Health Department, will present the simple scientific facts of why and how eating a plant based diet is essential to recapturing and maintaining health at any age.

Chef Mike will be here just in time before the big game to demonstrate some tasty recipes to serve at your Super Bowl Party. Recipes will be provided and generous samples will be served.

Must have basic keyboard and mouse skills to attend this class.
